The Investment Manager (CAR 1308687), General Partner (CAR 1310531) and the Fund (CAR 1310530) are all corporate authorised representative of Sandford Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 82 600 590 887) (AFSL No. 461981). The General Partner appoints Sandford Capital as its AFS licensed intermediary to arrange for the offer to issue, vary or dispose of interests in the Fund.
